On this gastronomy holiday you will learn the secrets of southern Indian cooking. You’ll not find any of the things you’ll learn in any cookbooks or websites, as you’ll be taught by local chefs who use recipes and techniques that have been passed down through the generations. You will learn:

  • How to prepare and cook traditional meat and vegetarian curries 
  • Preparing and cooking fish/seafood curries
  • How to make Indian puddings and side dishes
  • The art of cooking with spices and balancing flavours
  • An insight into tea production and the history of farming in southern India
