• An introduction to the menu
• How to change your ISO (so you can take shots when it's dark without using your horrible flash)
• Using your 'exposure lock' (ideal for capturing sunsets and dramatic skies. It also stops annoying silhouettes when subjects are standing in front of a window or bright light)
• Using fill flash to brighten up portraits on a gray day
• The fundamental rules of composition (no more lampposts growing out of people's heads!)
